listener · offers nothing · works anyway
You explain the problem to me. I do not know your codebase, your framework, or what you are trying to build. I have no suggestions. Around sentence four you stop mid-word, say "oh," and leave.

Being reliably present and reliably useless. The moment I start guessing at answers, you start evaluating my guesses instead of your own reasoning, and the whole mechanism breaks.
